9th Floor Terrace
The area adjoining the pool has expansive northern, western, and southern views. In addition to the pool, you will find an abundance of seating for lounging and dining, an outdoor shower, gas fireplace, plasma TV, and free Wi-Fi. There are also four large gas grill located in two separate grilling areas.
The club room is located on the 9th floor and features a large space for residents and their guests to gather. It has a full kitchen, a large bar area, plasma TV, satellite radio, pool table, free Wi-Fi, multiple seating areas, desk areas for computer use, and restrooms. Residents may reserve the club room for private events for a fee.
The theater room is furnished with eight leather club chairs, and features a large TV with surround sound, DirecTV with premium channels, Blu-Ray player, and free Wi-Fi. Residents may reserve the theater room for private events.
The new conference room is located adjacent to the theater. It is the perfect place to get some work done or find peace and quiet when, for whatever reason, your unit isn’t working out. You can also reserve the room, for up to 3 hours, if you need it to yourself.
The fitness center is located on the 10th floor. It features top-of-the-line Precor cardio equipment including treadmills, elliptical crosstrainers, an Adaptive Motion Trainer®, rowing machine, recumbent bikes, and a full set of Precor weight machines. Additional equipment includes spin bikes and free weights. The stretching area is equipped with yoga mats, medicine balls, Bosu balls, stability balls, and more. TV screens are provided throughout the fitness center and on cardio equipment. The fitness center also has satellite radio and a defibrillator.
360’s dog park was designed, from the beginning, to be a safe refuge for all our four-legged friends. The Park is open 24/7, which makes it ideal for those rare late night “emergencies”. Just follow the PAW prints on the 4th floor to this amazing amenity.
Our dedicated, full-service, 24/7 Concierge staff are the first point of contact when accessing the building through the main lobby. They are available to answer questions, check in guests, coordinate resident move-in and move-out, control contractor access to individual units, make reservations for restaurants and taxis, receive packages, serve as a drop-off and pick-up center for dry cleaning services, and provide other services required by residents. The concierge also provide 24/7 on-site monitoring of all common areas and the parking garage.
